The hotel provides a convenient location close to many attractions. I found the breakfast selection had a good variety. The staff members at the reception were always friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness and space in the room. It was very comfortable after a long day.

The breakfast had a good selection. i especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit. the location was super central. I could easily walk to many attractions. it was great. the room had a safe for valuables.
That was a very minor issue.

the room was spacious and the beds felt quite comfortable, which i did appreciate.
The breakfast was really underwhelming. the coffee wasn't great, and there weren't many options. also, i really missed having air conditioning in the room. It got pretty stuffy, especially at night, and that definitely affected my sleep. it got very uncomfortable.

The hotel's location was really convenient for getting around. Public transport links were close by, including trams. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful with directions. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay.
The room lacked air conditioning. It became quite warm. Street noise was noticeable, especially at night. The pillows were not to my liking, being too soft and offering little support.
